Visiting Our Birmingham Office

Our head office is located on Colmore Row, one of Birmingham's principal business streets. The building sits between Snow Hill Station and New Street Station, making it accessible from both.

By Train: Snow Hill Station is a 3-minute walk. New Street Station is approximately 8 minutes on foot via Colmore Row.

By Tram: The nearest Metro stop is Snow Hill, directly adjacent to the railway station.

By Car: The nearest car parks are Snow Hill Multi-Storey and Colmore Gate. Street parking on Colmore Row itself is limited and metered.

Our office is on the fourth floor. Report to reception upon arrival and we'll come down to meet you.

Visiting Our Manchester Office

The Manchester office is situated in the Exchange Building on Cross Street, right in the heart of the city centre's business district.

By Train: Manchester Victoria is a 5-minute walk. Piccadilly Station is approximately 12 minutes on foot or a short tram ride.

By Tram: Exchange Square Metrolink stop is just around the corner, with connections to all major tram lines.

By Car: The Arndale Centre car park and NCP High Street are both within easy walking distance. The city centre can be busy, so public transport is often quicker.

Enter through the main Exchange Building reception. Let them know you're visiting Luminous Bond on the third floor.

About Luminous Bond

Who We Are

Luminous Bond is a financial education company founded in 2014. We provide guidance on personal finance, budgeting, debt management, and investing fundamentals to individuals and families across the United Kingdom.

Our Commitment

We are independent financial educators, not regulated financial advisers. Our guidance focuses on education and general principles rather than specific product recommendations. This independence allows us to remain objective.

Common Questions

We aim to respond to all email enquiries within two working days. During particularly busy periods, this may extend slightly, but we always acknowledge receipt promptly and let you know when to expect a full response.

Absolutely. The majority of our consultations now take place via video call. This works particularly well for clients outside Birmingham and Manchester, or anyone who finds remote meetings more convenient. The experience is largely the same—we share screens, review documents together, and have meaningful conversations.

A brief description of your situation and what you're hoping to achieve is helpful. For example: "I'm 35, have some savings but no real plan, and want to understand my options" gives us enough to suggest an appropriate starting point. Don't worry about providing detailed financial information at this stage.

Yes. We have limited availability on weekday evenings (typically until 20:00) and Saturday mornings. These slots tend to book up quickly, so we recommend booking in advance if you require out-of-hours appointments.

Both our Birmingham and Manchester offices have step-free access and lift service to all floors. Accessible toilets are available. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let us know in advance and we'll ensure everything is arranged for your visit.

Yes, and we encourage it when finances are shared. Having both parties present often leads to better outcomes as everyone hears the same information and can contribute to goal-setting. For couples, we also offer dedicated joint sessions.
